Individual Therapy
My clients explore and understand their autonomic nervous system, reconnect with their mind and body, and cope with stress responses to navigate life again – and a new or familiar connection with life. Together, we will collaborate to learn coping skills to manage stressors, feeling stuck or overwhelmed with life or caregiving demands and/or mental symptoms.
I have experience in the treatment of anxiety/panic, depression, grief/loss, trauma as well as adjustment related mental health diagnoses. I enjoy integrating principles and interventions from Polyvagal Theory, Internal Family Systems, Trauma Focused Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mind-Body Interventions. I always personalize the therapeutic approach to individual needs using evidenced-based approaches.
