Oncology Mental Health Support

Cancer has a way of impacting all of us at some time in our lives. Whether you’ve been diagnosed with cancer, or you have supported a friend or family member with cancer, you’ve felt the heavy emotional burden and stress that comes with this diagnosis and experience. When I was working as a licensed psychologist in a hospital setting, I partnered with a cancer center to provide support to clients going through cancer treatment and to caregivers of loved ones with cancer. Therapeutic support and interventions tailored toward processing your thoughts, feelings, and emotional experiences related to cancer can improve mental health outcomes and decrease isolation during this experience. I offer individual and group therapy to support wherever you are on this journey:

  • Recent cancer diagnosis

  • Cancer diagnosis of a loved one

  • Caregiving for a loved one with cancer

  • Sexuality after (and through) cancer treatment

  • Survivorship

  • Fear of recurrence

  • Cancer recurrence and/or advancement

  • Terminal cancer & end of life support
